Our goal is for you to love your Bamboo Is Better purchase. This page explains our 60-night sleep trial, how to start a return or exchange, eligibility rules, fees, and timelines. For shipping details, see the Shipping & Delivery Policy.
What is your 60-night sleep trial?
Bamboo Is Better offers a 60-night sleep trial on all soft bedding (sheets, pillowcases, pillows, duvets, crib). If you’re not completely happy, return the item(s) within 60 nights of delivery for a full refund — no restocking fee, or a free replacement for damaged/faulty items due to a manufacturer defect.
Replacement and warranty replacement items are excluded from the 30-night sleep trial and cannot be returned or exchanged.
How do I start a return or exchange?
- Have your order number and email address handy.
- Request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) before shipping anything back.

Once your request is approved, we’ll email you a prepaid return label (you’ll print it yourself). We cover return shipping in the continental U.S. — no restocking fee; you get 100% of your purchase back.
Condition & packaging requirements
- Items should be free of damage beyond normal trial use (no burns, cuts, or pet damage), with the law tag attached.
- All original packaging and inserts must be included. An RMA is required before sending a return.
- Returns without original packaging are eligible for online store credit only.
- If your order included promotional (free) items, those must be returned with the product(s). If you keep them, the full retail price of the promo items will be deducted from your refund.
Refund timing
After your return is received, please allow 7–10 days for our team to inspect and process your refund or exchange. Refunds typically take an additional 3–5 days to appear on your statement (bank/issuer dependent).
Bedding returned within the 60-night trial receives a full refund — no restocking fee.
Exchanges
Want a different color or size? We cover return shipping in the continental U.S. Replacement items ship free within the continental U.S.; shipping fees may apply for Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada.
Fees & deductions
- Insufficient/undeliverable address: If an order is returned to us and a refund is requested, a 15% shipping fee is deducted from the refund.
Mattress & base returns
Mattresses and adjustable bases are made to order and final sale — not eligible for return or exchange. They are backed by the manufacturer’s warranty. See our Mattress & Base Guarantee.

Free shipping does not apply to wholesale orders. For wholesale returns or questions, use the form below and our team will reply within 24–48 hours.
