About Us

Hello,

We’re the sisters & business partners behind Bamboo is Better where we help you get the best sleep of your life leaving as little impact on our beautiful earth as possible. 

Born in the Philippines, we were surrounded by the bamboo plant - not through bedding but the beautiful houses our dad & uncles built using the incredibly strong plant. When we moved to the United States in 1993, our parents worked extremely hard creating a life for us better than where we left.

As we grew older, we knew we wanted to help others and dreamed of starting our own business (the American dream right?) Ironically, we were shown bamboo viscose fabric and it clicked - how fitting is it for us to help others, using the very same plant that sheltered us when we were just 2 and 6 years old!

Ultimately, we found that there were no brands that offered high quality, beautiful, soft bamboo bedding at an affordable price with all the details we now offer in our products. After much research, planning, and execution, Bamboo is Better was finally born!

Today, we continue to expand our collection with comforters, blankets, duvets and more. We hope you love our products just as much as we enjoy creating them!
