Mattress — 365-Night Sleep Trial + Lifetime Warranty

Every Bamboo is Better mattress is backed by a 365-Night In-Home Sleep Trial and a Lifetime Limited Warranty. Take a full year to decide. If it’s not the right fit, we coordinate a pickup — you’re only responsible for a $99 handling fee.

365-Night Sleep Trial

Sleep on your new mattress for at least 45 nights to let your body adjust and the materials settle — no returns or exchanges before night 45. If you’re not satisfied any time before night 365, contact us and we’ll arrange an authorized pickup through our customer service team.

One trial per household. You may request a return or a one-time exchange.
$99 handling fee — covers pickup and return shipping, deducted from your refund.
Mattress must be free of stains, damage, odors, mold, and signs of misuse; law tag must remain attached.
After 365 nights, the trial period expires — your Lifetime Limited Warranty remains active.

Lifetime Limited Warranty

Your mattress is covered against manufacturing defects for the lifetime of the product, for the original purchaser with a valid dated receipt. It is non-transferable.

Years 1–10: free like-for-like replacement of any mattress with a covered defect — Bamboo is Better covers shipping both ways.
Years 11 and beyond: pro-rated store credit toward a new Bamboo is Better mattress.
If you exchange your mattress, the warranty transfers to the new mattress automatically; the warranty clock stays at your original purchase date.

Covered: body impressions or sagging deeper than 1.5 inches (not caused by improper support); foam cracks or splits under normal use; manufacturing defects in the mattress cover (excluding zippers and handles).

Not covered: normal softening or comfort preference; damage from misuse, an improper foundation, liquids, or improper cleaning; stains, burns, cuts, or tears; fabric wear; zipper damage due to use; removal of the law tag; commercial use; resale; mattresses sold as used or preconditioned.

Your Bamboo is Better Lifetime Limited Warranty is backed by the underlying manufacturer coverage from Diamond Mattress (20–25 years depending on model), with Bamboo is Better extending lifetime protection on top. To make a claim, email support@bambooisbetter.com with photos of the defect (ruler measurement for impressions), your law tag photo, and your dated purchase receipt. Adjustable Bases — different policy

Adjustable bases are drop-shipped directly from BedTech and are final sale — not eligible for return, exchange, or refund once your order is placed. They are backed by BedTech’s 20-Year Limited Warranty: full coverage in years 1–2, prorated parts coverage in years 3–20.

My pillow is just right! After adding some of this memory foam, my pillow is just the way I like it. The smell of the foam was not bad and after allowing it to air out for a few days before using seem to eliminate any smell. They are sold out now but would love more to update all pillows in my home.
