How to use it
Add a handful at a time, until it feels right
Unzip your pillow, add fill a handful at a time, zip it back up, and give it a fluff. Lie down and check the height — then add a little more if you want it taller or firmer. Too full? Pull some back out. It’s completely in your hands.

Add a little at a time — a handful, then check the feel — rather than emptying the whole bag in at once. A 1 lb refill is a gentle top-up; 3 lbs and 5 lbs are for a bigger loft change or refilling more than one pillow. You can always add more, and you can pull some back out if it ends up too full.
It’s designed for our adjustable Bamboo Is Better pillows — the ones with an inner zipper, including the bed pillow, bolster, and lumbar. Because it’s the same shredded memory foam we use inside them, it tops them off seamlessly. It can also be used to add fill to most other shredded-foam pillows with a zipper.
Shredded memory foam — CertiPUR-US certified and naturally hypoallergenic, with a breathable shred that won’t pack down flat. It’s the same fill that’s inside our adjustable pillows. (It’s the foam fill only — the bamboo cover stays on your pillow.)
We don’t recommend machine-washing the loose foam fill — it’s best to spot-clean or air it out, and wash your pillow’s removable bamboo cover instead. To freshen the fill, take it out and let it air in a dry, shaded spot.
Because it’s loose fill that’s opened and added to your own pillow, this refill is a final-sale item and isn’t returnable. It’s still backed by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects, and shipping is free on orders of $100 or more. Not sure how much you need? Start with a 1 lb refill — you can always order more.
