We want you to fall in love with your bamboo bedding the way we have. Sleep on any soft bedding for up to 60 nights — if it isn’t right for you, we’ll take it back.

  • Your trial starts the day your order is delivered.
  • Applies to all soft bedding — sheets, pillowcases, pillows, duvets, and crib — not just your first order.
  • We cover return shipping within the Continental US, with no restocking fee.
  • Returned items should be sent back complete; returns without original packaging receive store credit.

Changed your mind, or want a different colorway? Most soft-bedding items can be returned or exchanged within 60 nights of delivery.

  • Start at the link in your order confirmation email, or contact us for an RMA.
  • Items should be clean and free of damage — a quick wash is perfect.
  • We email a prepaid label (Continental US); pack everything in any box.
  • We ship your exchange as soon as your return reaches us.

Mattresses follow their own 120-night trial (below); adjustable bases are made to order and final sale.

Once your return arrives at our facility, we inspect it and refund your original payment method.

  • Inspection takes about 7–10 business days after we receive your items.
  • Refunds then post in 3–5 business days, depending on your bank.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • We’ll email you the moment your refund is on its way.

Trial returns are refunded in full, minus any non-refundable original shipping.

Orders $100 and up ship free within the Continental US. Smaller orders ship at a flat rate shown at checkout.

  • In-stock orders typically ship within 2–5 business days.
  • Standard delivery usually arrives a few business days after shipping.
  • Tracking is emailed the moment your order ships.
  • Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, and international rates are calculated at checkout.

During the October–December peak, processing may take 5–10 business days.

We ship beyond the US, including to Canada. Canadian rates and any duties are shown at checkout before you pay.

  • Canadian orders ship via tracked carriers; delivery times vary by destination and are estimated at checkout.
  • Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and order size.
  • Duties and taxes (GST/HST) may be collected at checkout or on delivery.
  • Returns from Canada use a prepaid label; return shipping may be deducted from non-trial refunds.

Every Bamboo is Better bedding product carries a 3-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

  • Covers seam separation, zipper failure, and pilling under normal care.
  • Begins on your original purchase date — keep your order number handy.
  • We repair or replace covered items at no cost to you.
  • Doesn’t cover normal wear, improper care, or accidental damage.

Mattresses offered through Bamboo is Better are crafted by our partner Diamond Mattress and carry a 120-night in-home sleep trial plus their manufacturer’s limited warranty. We’ll help you start any return or claim.

  • 120-night sleep trial — sleep on it at least 30 nights to adjust, then a one-time return or exchange if it’s not right.
  • A $99 flat fee covers pickup and restocking on a trial return and is deducted from your refund.
  • 10-year full, up to 20-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects — sagging, broken coils, or faulty seams.
  • Requires use on a supportive, manufacturer-approved base or frame; keep your proof of purchase.

Adjustable bases offered through Bamboo is Better are manufactured by our partner BedTech and covered by their limited warranty on the frame, motor, and electronics.

  • 20-year limited warranty, with 2 years of full coverage on parts and labor.
  • Covers the frame, motor, control board, and remote against defects.
  • After the full-coverage period, electronic parts are prorated.
  • Doesn’t cover misuse, exceeding weight limits, or normal wear of accessories.

Adjustable bases are made to order and final sale. Contact us with your order number and we’ll open a BedTech claim for you.

Bamboo loves gentle care. A few simple habits keep it irresistibly soft for years.

  • Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with like colors.
  • Use a mild, bleach-free detergent.
  • Tumble dry low or line dry, and remove promptly.
  • Skip fabric softener and high heat — they break down the fibers.

Wash before first use to unlock maximum softness.

Better sleep should be clean and safe. Our materials are independently tested and certified, and our mattresses meet federal safety standards.

  • OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified bamboo — tested free from harmful substances.
  • CertiPUR-US certified foams in our mattresses — independently tested for content, emissions, and durability.
  • Mattresses meet US federal flammability standards (16 CFR 1633).
  • California Prop 65 information is provided where applicable.
