The hallmark of luxury
Hand-tufted. Not by machine.
Tufting threads ties through the full depth of the mattress to hold every layer securely in place. On a machine-made mattress, this step is automated and uniform. On the Generations Luxe, it is done by hand — each tuft individually placed and tensioned by a craftsman. The result: a mattress that holds its shape and integrity for decades, not years. You'll find hand-tufting on the finest hotel beds and heirloom mattresses for exactly this reason.
The engineering underneath
Two coil systems. One reason.
Most hybrid mattresses use a single coil layer. The Generations Luxe uses two. The upper micro-wrapped coils add a cushioning response above the primary support — absorbing motion between sleep partners and softening the surface feel without sacrificing alignment. Below, the 9-series individually wrapped coils provide deep spinal support and strong edge support that holds its shape across the full surface — including the edges, where lesser mattresses sag and narrow your usable sleep space.

Every BiB mattress is covered for life. Manufacturing defects and body impressions deeper than 1.5 inches are covered from day one. Years 1–10: free like-for-like replacement, BiB covers shipping both ways. Years 11+: pro-rated store credit toward a new BiB mattress. Original purchaser only.

Natural Talalay latex is harvested from the sap of rubber trees and processed through a freezing-and-vulcanizing method that produces a consistent, open-cell structure. Unlike Dunlop latex (denser, heavier), Talalay has a lighter, more responsive feel — gentle bounce and pressure relief without the sinking sensation of memory foam. Ours is sourced from sustainable rubber trees.
Tufting threads ties through the full mattress depth, securing every layer in place. Machine-made mattresses use automated, uniform tufting. The Generations Luxe is tufted by hand — each point individually placed and tensioned by a craftsman. This improves layer integrity over time and is considered the hallmark of heirloom-quality mattress construction.
Yes. The Joma wool used in the Generations Luxe is GOTS-certified — the Global Organic Textile Standard, which covers both the fiber's organic sourcing and the full processing chain. This is the most rigorous organic textile certification in the world. (The GOTS certification applies to the wool component; the full mattress is not certified organic.)
365 nights from your original purchase date. You must sleep on the mattress for at least 45 nights before requesting a return or exchange.
Your first exchange is free — we arrange pickup and delivery at no charge. You can upgrade (pay the difference) or downgrade (we issue store credit). After one exchange, further returns are store credit only.
Yes — a $99 handling fee applies to cash refunds, available nights 46–365. There is no fee for exchanges. The $99 covers pickup and processing.
