How does the quiz pick my loft?
Mostly from how you sleep. Side sleepers have the biggest gap between ear and shoulder, so they need a fuller pillow; stomach sleepers need the flattest; back sleepers land in the middle. Your frame and your current complaint nudge it up or down from there.
Why buy the pieces separately?
Because the perfect pillow isn't one-size-fits-all. Building from a liner, cover, and fill lets you set your own loft, replace just the part that wears out, and add more fill years later instead of buying a whole new pillow.
What if the quiz gets it slightly wrong?
You can nudge the fill softer or firmer right on the result before you buy — and because the fill is adjustable, you can keep tuning it at home. You also have 30 nights to get it right.
Can I wash it?
The bamboo cover and the liner are machine-washable. We recommend washing those, not the loose foam fill itself.
