It's used in aerospace, electronics, and high-performance applications precisely because it transfers heat away faster than almost anything else. In the Graphene Hybrid, a graphene comfort layer draws heat away from your body and dissipates it through the mattress — so it doesn't build up underneath you.
Euro top + coil support

A plush Euro top is built into the mattress structure and upholstered flush to the edges — so it holds its shape and gives consistent pressure relief across your shoulders, hips, and lower back. Beneath it, the Foam Encased Coil System uses individually wrapped coils that respond independently, isolating a partner's movement, while the foam encasement reinforces every edge for full support with no roll-off.

It's used in aerospace and electronics precisely because it moves heat faster than almost anything else. In the Graphene Hybrid, a graphene comfort layer draws heat away from your body and dissipates it through the mattress. Unlike gel foam, which absorbs heat until it saturates, graphene keeps conducting heat away so it doesn't build up beneath you.
Both feels use the same Cool Stream Lux cover, graphene comfort layer, plush Euro top, and Foam Encased Coil System — the difference is the comfort layer density. Medium conforms more to your body and suits side sleepers and lighter body weights. Firm gives a flatter, more supportive surface, better for back and stomach sleepers or heavier body weights. If you're unsure, most sleepers choose Medium.
Your 365-night trial starts on your delivery date. We ask that you sleep on the mattress for at least 45 nights before requesting a return or exchange — your body needs time to adjust to a new surface. Your first exchange is free; we cover pickup and delivery. If you'd rather return it, a $99 handling fee covers pickup and processing, and you receive a full refund minus that fee. One return per household.
The Lifetime Limited Warranty covers manufacturing defects and body impressions or sagging deeper than 1.5 inches. Years 1–10: free like-for-like replacement, BiB covers shipping both ways. Years 11+: pro-rated store credit toward a new BiB mattress. The warranty is for the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Normal wear, comfort-preference changes, and damage from an improper foundation are not covered.
The Graphene Hybrid works on any solid, flat surface: a platform bed, a slatted frame with slats no more than 3 inches apart, or an adjustable base. A box spring is not recommended. It's made to order in our California and Texas factories and ships free in 7–14 business days. It's fiberglass-free, so it's safe to unbox and sleep on with no special handling.
