The BT6500 is covered by a 20-Year Limited Warranty. Years 1–2 are full coverage — defective parts and authorized labor at no cost. Years 3–15 cover electronics at 50% prorated; the steel frame is covered through year 20.

For hygiene and safety reasons, adjustable bases are a final-sale item and can't be returned or exchanged. Your warranty still has you covered for defects and workmanship — reach out any time and we'll make it right.

Yes. It's platform-friendly with zero clearance and works with most foam, hybrid, and latex mattresses. It sits inside most existing frames or stands on its own with the 3-in-1 adjustable legs (4″, 8″, or 12″). We recommend a mattress without a traditional boxspring.
