How Much Is Shipping?

All orders ship Economy for free within the continental U.S., unless you choose to upgrade to a faster service at checkout.

Exceptions: Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, and Europe is not free. Additional charges will be calculated at checkout.

When Will My Order Ship?

  • In-stock items: Ship Monday–Friday from our Texas logistics warehouse within 2–5 business days.
  • Mattresses: Made to order and may take up to 3–4 weeks for delivery.
  • Holiday peak season (October–December): Processing times may increase to 5–10 business days.

Are Shipping Times Guaranteed?

Delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. While we work to ship promptly, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or unforeseen circumstances. Transit times may vary; please allow extra time for delivery during peak periods or severe weather events.

What Shipping Carriers Do You Use?

Orders ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on rates and delivery location.

Are There Any Shipping Restrictions?

  • We cannot ship to Military APOs or PO Boxes.
  • Additional fees or shipping restrictions may apply for orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, and Europe.

Who Pays for Duties & Taxes?

The buyer is responsible for any and all duties, customs fees, and taxes.

Returns & Exchanges

  • We provide prepaid return labels for most returns and exchanges (excluding mattresses & bases). Customers are responsible for printing the label.
  • A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from refunds for returned items.
  • Exchanges: You are responsible for shipping the original item back. Replacements ship free within the continental U.S.; shipping fees apply for Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, and Europe.

Changing Your Shipping Address

You may update your shipping address before the order has shipped by contacting us immediately.

If rerouting is required after shipment, or if a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, an $18 re-shipment fee applies and must be paid before a new shipment is sent.

Orders Returned to Sender / Undeliverable

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, or if a refund is requested after shipment, an $18 return handling fee will be deducted from your refund.

Where Is My Order?

Once a package has been released to USPS, UPS, or FedEx, Bamboo is Better is not responsible for delays or missing shipments. If your order seems delayed:

  1. Track your package using the carrier’s tracking page or app.
  2. Contact your local carrier office with your tracking number.
  3. Allow additional time during peak season or severe weather.

My Package Says “Delivered” But I Don’t Have It

If your package is marked “Delivered” but you cannot locate it, please take these steps before contacting us:

  1. Wait 24–48 hours (packages sometimes arrive after the initial scan).
  2. Check with neighbors or your mail carrier.
  3. Contact your local USPS/UPS/FedEx office with your tracking number.
  4. File a Lost Mail/Package Claim with the carrier and request delivery coordinates if available.

If the carrier cannot locate your package, you must file a police report to start a replacement claim with us.
