Our goal is for you to love your Bamboo Is Better purchase. This page explains our 30-day trial, how to start a return or exchange, eligibility rules, fees, and timelines. For shipping details, see the Shipping & Delivery Policy.

What is your 30-day trial?

Bamboo Is Better offers a 30-day trial for bedding products. If you’re not completely happy, you can return the item(s) within 30 days of delivery for a refund (minus a 15% restocking fee), store credit, or a free replacement in the case of damaged/faulty items due to manufacturer defect.

Replacement and warranty replacement items are excluded from the 30-night sleep trial and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How do I start a return or exchange?
  1. Have your order number and email address handy.
  2. Request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) before shipping anything back.
  3. Start your request here: Start your Return or Exchange.

Once your request is approved, we’ll email you a prepaid return label (you’ll print it yourself). Note: Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs unless otherwise stated below.

Condition & packaging requirements
  • Items must be in new, unused condition without damage from user error.
  • All original packaging and inserts must be included. An RMA is required before sending a return.
  • Returns without original packaging are eligible for online store credit only.
  • If your order included promotional (free) items, those must be returned with the product(s). If you keep them, the full retail price of the promo items will be deducted from your refund.
Refund timing

After your return is received, please allow 7–10 days for our team to inspect and process your refund or exchange. Refunds typically take an additional 3–5 days to appear on your statement (bank/issuer dependent).

A 15% restocking fee is deducted from refunds for returned items.

Exchanges

Want a different color or size? You are responsible for shipping the original item back. Replacement items ship free within the continental U.S.; shipping fees apply for Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada.

Fees & deductions
  • Insufficient/undeliverable address: If an order is returned to us and a refund is requested, a 15% shipping fee is deducted from the refund.
  • Restocking fee: 15% for returned items.
