Bamboo Is Better offers a 30-night sleep trial on all non-mattress soft bedding (sheets, pillowcases, pillows, duvets, crib). The sleep trial is available to first-time customers only, limit one per household. If you're not completely happy, return the item(s) within 30 nights of your delivery date.

Replacement and warranty replacement items are excluded from the 30-night sleep trial and cannot be returned or exchanged.

1. Have your order number and email address handy.
2. Include photos of the item(s) with your request — photos are required for all refund requests.
3. Request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) before shipping anything back.

Exchanges are free — we cover return shipping in the continental U.S. and ship your replacement at no charge. Shipping fees may apply for Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada.

If you’d prefer a cash refund rather than an exchange, a return shipping fee will be deducted. The fee is $14.99 or 3% of your order total, whichever is higher. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the item.

Photos of the item(s) and your order number are required with every refund request.

• Items should be free of damage beyond normal trial use (no burns, cuts, or pet damage), with the law tag attached.
• All original packaging and inserts must be included. An RMA is required before sending a return.
• Returns without original packaging are eligible for online store credit only.
• If your order included promotional (free) items, those must be returned. If kept, the full retail price will be deducted from your refund.

• Cash refunds: $14.99 or 3% of order total (whichever higher) deducted for return shipping.
• Wrong or undeliverable address: Exchanges reshipped free; cash refunds subject to the $14.99/3% deduction.
• Missing original packaging: Store credit only.
• Kept promotional items: Full retail value deducted from refund.

Mattresses are made to order and are covered by a separate 365-night sleep trial (not the 30-night bedding trial above) — please allow at least 45 nights to adjust before requesting a return or exchange. Approved mattress returns are resolved as a one-time exchange or store credit, minus a $99 processing fee — mattress trials do not include a cash refund. Adjustable bases are made to order and final sale — not eligible for return or exchange, though they remain covered by their limited warranty. See our Mattress & Base Guarantee.
