Mattresses and adjustable bases are made to order and final sale — not eligible for return, exchange, or refund once your order is placed. Because each one is built new for your order, we’re unable to restock or resell it.

Your 20-Year Manufacturer Warranty
Your mattress or base is covered against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for 20 years from the date of delivery, for the original purchaser with a valid, dated receipt.
What’s covered: genuine manufacturing defects in the materials or construction.
What’s not covered: normal wear and comfort preference (a change of mind on firmness or feel); damage from misuse, an unsupportive or improper foundation/frame, liquids, or improper cleaning; stains, burns, cuts, or tears; and removal of the law tag.
How to make a claim: email support@bambooisbetter.com with photos of the issue and your dated receipt, and our team will walk you through it.
