Manufacturing defects — meaning the product failed because of how it was made, not how it was used. Examples: a seam that fails under normal use, or a material flaw present at the time of manufacture.

Normal wear and tear from regular use — including rips, tears, pilling, fading, and softening over time. Also not covered: damage from improper care (bleach, high heat, fabric softener), misuse, or accidents.

Exception — Copper Infused Sheet Set: because the copper-infused fibers in this line pill more than our other collections, a first pilling claim on a Copper Infused Sheet Set is covered under this warranty (see How We Resolve It, below). This exception applies only to the Copper Infused Sheet Set — pilling on every other Bamboo Is Better product remains excluded.

Email support@bambooisbetter.com with your order number and a clear photo of the defect. Photo documentation is required — we can't process claims without it. We'll respond within 2 business days.

You do not need to return the product.

Approved claims are resolved with a replacement or store credit — not a cash refund. Limit one claim per original order. Any replacement does not start a new warranty term.

Copper Infused Sheet Set pilling claims: a first pilling claim is resolved with a replacement of the same item, color, and size. If pilling recurs on that replacement, it's resolved with store credit for the amount you originally paid — not a second replacement, and not a cash refund.
