In the Cooling Graphite Hybrid, a graphite infusion in the comfort layer keeps drawing heat away from your body and dissipating it through the mattress — so it doesn't build up underneath you.

Pressure relief + support

The 2" graphite-infused memory foam contours to your pressure points — shoulders, hips, lower back — while a 2" ventilated gel memory foam layer adds pressure relief and airflow. Beneath them, an individually wrapped coil base responds independently, contouring for targeted support while minimizing motion transfer and noise from side to side.

How does the Graphite Hybrid stay cool?

It cools in layers. A breathable Snowstorm cooling cover wicks heat at the surface; beneath it, a graphite infusion in the memory foam draws heat away from your body — graphite is highly thermally conductive, so it moves heat through the mattress rather than letting it build up beneath you; and a ventilated gel foam layer plus airflow from the individually wrapped coil base keep it sleeping cooler than all-foam mattresses that trap heat.

How firm is it, and who is it for?

It's a supportive 11.5" hybrid: a Snowstorm cooling cover over 2" of graphite-infused memory foam and 2" of ventilated gel memory foam, on an individually wrapped coil base. The foam layers cushion shoulders and hips while the coils keep your spine supported — a balanced feel that works for back, side, and combination sleepers. It comes in two feels, Soft and Medium/Firm.

What's the difference between Soft and Medium/Firm?

Both feels use the same Snowstorm cover, graphite memory foam, ventilated gel foam, and individually wrapped coil base — the difference is the comfort-layer density. Soft conforms more to your body and suits side sleepers and lighter body weights. Medium/Firm gives a flatter, more supportive surface, better for back and stomach sleepers or heavier body weights. If you're unsure, most sleepers choose Medium/Firm.

How does the 365-night trial work?

Your 365-night trial starts on your delivery date. We ask that you sleep on the mattress for at least 45 nights before requesting a return or exchange — your body needs time to adjust to a new surface. Your first exchange is free; we cover pickup and delivery. If you'd rather return it, a $99 handling fee covers pickup and processing, and you receive a full refund minus that fee. One return per household.

What does the Lifetime Warranty cover?

The Lifetime Limited Warranty covers manufacturing defects and body impressions or sagging deeper than 1.5 inches. Years 1–10: free like-for-like replacement, BiB covers shipping both ways. Years 11+: pro-rated store credit toward a new BiB mattress. The warranty is for the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Normal wear, comfort-preference changes, and damage from an improper foundation are not covered.

Will it work with an adjustable base, and when will it arrive?

Yes. It's built to work with most bed frames and foundations, including adjustable bases — the individually wrapped coils flex with an adjustable base while minimizing motion transfer. It works on any solid, flat surface: a platform bed, a slatted frame with slats no more than 3 inches apart, or an adjustable base. It's made to order in the USA and ships free in 7–14 business days.

Remove it from the box, cut the packaging, and let it expand fully — typically 24–48 hours. Light off-gassing is normal and dissipates quickly.
