HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

All orders ship Economy for free, unless you choose to upgrade. Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada and Europe is not free, and additional charges will apply at checkout. 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

We ship from our logistics warehouse in Texas Monday through Friday within 2 - 5 business days. During holiday peak season (October - December) processing times may  increase to 7 - 10 business days. Mattresses are made to order and may take up to 2 weeks to deliver. 

ARE SHIPPING TIMES GUARANTEED? 

Delivery dates are estimates and never guaranteed. While we strive to ensure timely shipments, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or unforeseen circumstances. Transit times may vary, and we recommend allowing extra time for your order to arrive.

WHAT SHIPPING CARRIERS DO YOU USE?

All orders ship through USPS or UPS depending on shipping rates. 

ARE THERE ANY SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

We cannot ship to Military APOs or PO Boxes. Additional fees or shipping restrictions may apply if you live in Alaska or Hawaii. 

WHO PAYS FOR DUTIES & TAXES?

Buyer is responsible to pay for any and all duties and taxes.

WHO PAYS FOR THE RETURN LABEL?

We provide shipping labels free of charge in the case of a return or exchange; however, customers are responsible for printing the label themselves, as we do not provide printed copies. Please note that a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for returned items.

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

Yes, but only if it hasn’t been shipped already. Orders will only be shipped to the address provided at checkout. If you need to change the shipping address after checkout, please contact us immediately so we can make the proper adjustments. If you need to reroute your order, or if your order is returned to us due to incorrect or undeliverable mailing address, an $18 charge will incur and must be paid before a new shipment is re-sent.

ORDERS RETURNED TO SENDER &/OR UNDELIVERABLE ADDRESS

If your order has already shipped and a refund is requested due to cancellation, return to sender or undeliverable address, a $30 charge will be deducted from your order.

ARE EXCHANGES FREE OF CHARGE?

In the event you would like to exchange your item for a different color or size, you are responsible for shipping items back to us. The new item will be shipped to you for free, unless you are located in Hawaii, Alaska, Canada or Europe. In that case, buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

Bamboo is Better is not responsible for packages once they have been released to USPS, Fedex and UPS. If your order seems to be delayed or missing, start by contacting your local USPS, Fedex or UPS office, and by turning on tracking notifications. Due to COVID, and extra safeguards in our partner distribution centers, your package may take just a little longer to deliver.

MY PACKAGE IS SHOWED AS DELIVERED BUT I DON’T HAVE IT.

If your order is marked "delivered,” please take these steps BEFORE contacting us.

  1. Wait 48 hours to see if it appears in your mailbox
  2. Ask your neighbors and postman if it was mistakenly delivered to their mailbox
  3. Contact your local Fedex, UPS, or USPS office with tracking number to see if they are holding it at their office
  4. If the shipping carrier does not have it, file a “Lost Mail Claim”, and get exact coordinates where your package was delivered.
  5. If it is still missing, you must file a police report to start a replacement claim with us.
