I bought this to make a pillow for my grandaughter. I was ver happy with the quality and sheer luxury.
The sheet set feels soft and luxurious. The color is gorgeous. I do really like them... but I had to write a review to let other people know that apparently bamboo absorbs oil like crazy. After one night, my pillowcase was dark and stained. Now months later, my sheets are dark, splotchy and stained. I've tried everything to wash it out. Oxyclean, baking soda, and vinegar does not work. The only thing I found that worked was Dawn dish soap, but it's very hard to get an even application of the soap on the entire sheet. It's a huge headache. I suggest to buy sheets of synthetic material if you are really oily, or moisturize before bed. :/
I received a wrong duvet cover color and when I emailed them for an exchange, I never received a response despite multiple attempts.
Very poor customer support and service. Will not buy at conference sit in the future.
