Can I adjust the fill?
Yes — unzip the cover and add or remove the shredded memory foam to reach your preferred loft and firmness. Need more? A Pillow Refill is available separately.
How firm is it?
Adjustable — leave the fill in for a firmer bolster, or remove some for a softer feel. Use it between the knees, at the lower back, or for stretching.
Is the cover machine washable?
The cover is removable and machine washable on a gentle, cold cycle. Tumble dry low or air dry. Do not wash the foam fill.
What is the fill certified to?
The shredded memory foam is CertiPUR-US® certified — made without harmful chemicals and tested to meet emission standards.
What if it's not right for me?
Rest on it for 30 nights. If it's not right, exchange it — exchanges are free within the continental US.
