How does the pillow builder work?

Pick your size — Queen, King, or Body — and your fill weight on our Build Your Pillow page. Your pillow arrives as a shell with separate fill bags, so you can add or remove fill to fine-tune the loft.

Which fill weight should I choose?

Queen builds run 2–5 lbs and King 3–6 lbs — lighter is softer and lower, heavier is taller and more supportive (a King uses about 1 lb more than a Queen for the same feel). Body comes in Soft (5 lbs), Medium (7 lbs), and Firm (9 lbs). You can always add or remove fill to fine-tune.

Is the cover machine washable?

The cover is removable and machine washable on a gentle, cold cycle. Tumble dry low or air dry. Do not wash the foam fill.

What is the fill certified to?

The shredded memory foam is CertiPUR-US® certified — made without harmful chemicals and tested to meet emission standards.

What if it's not right for me?
