Mattress | 365-Night In-Home Sleep Trial

• Sleep on it for at least 45 nights first. A new sleep surface takes time to adjust to, and the materials need time to settle — so there are no returns or exchanges before night 45.
• Decide any time before night 365. If it’s not the right fit, contact us and we’ll arrange an authorized pickup through our customer service team.
• One trial per household, on your original purchase. Your trial begins on your delivery date.
• Your mattress must be free of stains, damage, odors, and mold, and the law tag must remain attached.

Choose a return any time between night 46 and night 365 and we’ll refund your purchase in full, minus a $99 handling fee that covers pickup and return logistics. Returned mattresses are never resold — they’re donated to families in need through local shelters.

• Exchanging for a higher-priced mattress: you pay the difference.
• Exchanging for a lower-priced mattress: we issue store credit for the difference.
• After an exchange, any further change is store credit only — no cash refund.
• Your trial clock stays on your original purchase date — it doesn’t reset after an exchange.

After 365 nights the trial period expires, and your Lifetime Limited Warranty continues to protect your mattress against manufacturing defects and body impressions deeper than 1.5 inches. See full terms on our Mattress Warranty page.
