  • Expedited Services: Available at checkout. Costs are calculated by carrier rates, package weight/dimensions, and your address.

How Long Does It Take to Process & Ship an Order?

  • Mattresses: Made to order; allow 3–4 weeks for delivery.
  • Peak season (Oct–Dec): Processing may take 5–10 business days.

What Happens With International Customs?

International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs fees. To help ensure smooth clearance:

  • Provide accurate shipping details at checkout.
  • Monitor your tracking updates regularly.
  • Be prepared to pay customs charges directly to your carrier before delivery.
What If My Package Is Lost or Damaged?

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged:

  1. Check your tracking status.
  2. File a claim directly with USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
  3. If marked delivered but missing, wait 24–48 hours, then file a Lost Package Claim. Delivery coordinates may be available from the carrier.
  4. If a replacement is required, we may ask you to file a police report before processing a claim.
Can I Change My Shipping Address?

You may update your shipping address before your order ships. If rerouting is needed after shipment, or if a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, a $18 re-shipment fee applies.

What Countries or Regions Do You Ship To?
  • U.S. Continental: Always free economy shipping.
  • Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Europe: Available with additional shipping charges.
  • PO Boxes: Shipped via USPS.
  • Military APO/FPO: Currently not supported.
Do You Ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO?

Yes, we ship to PO Boxes using USPS. At this time, we cannot ship to APO/FPO addresses.

Can I Request Expedited Shipping?

Yes! Expedited options are available at checkout. Rates and estimated delivery times are shown based on your address and the service selected.

Can I Request a Specific Delivery Date or Time?

Exact delivery dates or times can’t be guaranteed; carriers set final schedules.

Do You Offer Signature Confirmation?

Not required by default. If you need signature confirmation, ask us before placing your order and we’ll do our best to arrange it.

Do You Have Special Delivery Requirements?

Some carriers may require ID verification for high-value orders. Otherwise, no special requirements are needed.

Can I Combine Multiple Orders?

We can’t guarantee combined shipments. Orders placed separately usually ship individually.

Do You Offer Local Pickup?

No, we currently do not offer local pickup. All orders are shipped from our Texas warehouse.

What Is Your Return Policy?
  • We provide prepaid return labels for most returns and exchanges (excluding mattresses & bases). Customers are responsible for printing the label.
  • A 15% restocking fee is deducted from refunds for returned items.
  • Exchanges: Original items must be shipped back; replacements ship free within the continental U.S.
