What’s covered under the warranty?
- Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
- Sagging or body impressions greater than 1.5"
- Mattresses used with an approved frame or foundation
- Coverage length: 20–25 years (depending on model), non-prorated
What’s not covered?
- Normal wear and tear
- Body impressions less than 1.5"
- Stains, spills, or unsanitary conditions
- Damage from misuse, abuse, or improper foundations/frames
- Bed handles, cover fabrics, and corner guards
How should I care for my mattress?
- Rotate regularly to prevent body impressions
- Use a supportive frame (Queen requires 1 center leg; King requires 2)
- Slats must be less than 4" apart
- Use a mattress protector to avoid stains
- Do not fold, bend, or stand/jump on the mattress
What to expect with a new mattress?
- Mattress dimensions may vary up to 1"
- Your body may take 1–4 weeks to adjust
- Natural settling is normal
- Bed-in-box mattresses take 24–72 hours to fully expand
- A mild “new product” odor may occur and typically clears in a few days
