The sheets are soft and cool to the touch and the color is bold and vibrant. I especially like that they have toddler pillowcases in the same shade for my smaller bed pillows. I purchased two other sets in different colors. Please make available the toddler pillowcase in purple.
The product is the real deal bamboo. Soft as described on the website and very happy with the purchase. We are looking to purchase a second one, hopefully the color is available. You will not be disappointed. The price point was much more affordable than other brands.

We've been so impressed with the softness of the bamboo sheets and duvet cover we purchased. They also have helped us stay cool in one of the hottest Octobers on record. They feel so luxurious and look beautiful--we love the rich deep green color.
EDIT: After reaching out again, we were able to come to an agreement about this decision.
I purchased the duvet in what I thought would be a beautiful emerald color, only to receive something that’s a dark teal. Unfortunately, I opened the box that it arrived in a week past the return window, so they said there was nothing they could do for me. (Even if I was in the return window, their policy is not great.)
These issues aside, the fabric isn’t overly soft.
