As nice this product was to the touch, it was too big. Customer service was prompt and informative.
This cooling pillow is great. Great size and feels great. Adding a cover is a great addition. It takes a couple of hours to fully expand but worth the wait.

I spent a lot of time researching before purchasing these copper-infused sheets because I wanted a high-quality, long-lasting set. Unfortunately, these are genuinely the worst sheets I have ever owned.
The fitted sheet started pilling within approximately one week of use — before it had even been washed. At first, I actually questioned myself and thought maybe I had caused the issue somehow. I gave the sheets more time, but that was clearly not the case. The entire sheet has now completely pilled from normal use.
They are so uncomfortable and poor quality that after only a few months, I am literally throwing them away.
The customer service experience made it worse. I reached out almost immediately when the problem started. They responded quickly, apologized, and asked me to send my order number and photos so they could look into it. I sent everything they requested.
Then they completely stopped responding.
No follow-up. No solution. No standing behind their product.
A premium-priced sheet set should not fail within days of use, and a company should not ask a customer for proof of a problem and then ignore them once they provide it.
I wanted to love these sheets, but between the fabric failure and the lack of customer support, I absolutely would not recommend them.

Simply the best. I have a bamboo shirt, so I knew already the power of bamboo. So, gettin this was a no brainer. Sleep is one of the biggest investments someone can make in their life. So this was easily worth it. Combined with the ability of copper, this pillowcase is perfect. It is smooth, and cool.

Edge finish stitching super basic and very sloppy.

I sleep so long in one position everything else hurts, but my neck has been staying in alignment so it fits the bill. It can be moved around to fit your head and position. The down pillows have been moved into the closet.
After one week the fitted sheet has completely pilled. Majorly regret this purchase.

I loved the softness of them but after only two weeks the sheets developed those little balls on them!!
I wasn’t expecting to love these sheets this much, but wow. They are insanely soft. I actually started calling them my “butter sheets” because that’s what they feel like — smooth, soft, and just really comfortable.
They’re also really cooling, which I love because I usually get hot at night. Now my bed feels like one of those super comfy hotel beds and honestly it makes it harder to get out of bed in the morning.
If you like soft, breathable sheets, I definitely recommend these.
