During the first few weeks, you might feel some discomfort or pressure points, causing you to question your purchase. However, like a high-quality leather glove, a well-made mattress requires time to conform to your specific needs and provide the perfect support. This is why it's crucial to sleep on any new mattress for 90-120 days to truly test its comfort and suitability for you. It takes this time for the mattress to adapt to your body and for you to experience the full benefits of your investment.

If you’re not completely satisfied with your new mattress, you can return it. Bamboo is Better does not provide shipping labels or schedule pick ups.
Important Guidelines:
- Cleanliness: We cannot exchange or refund stained, unsanitary, or damaged mattresses under the 120 Night Sleep Trial. To keep your mattress in pristine condition, we highly recommend using a waterproof mattress protector.
- Tags: Keep all original tags on your mattress. Removing the original (white) law tag will void the 120 Night Sleep Trial.
Safety First:
We are required to inspect the mattress and its foundation before accepting any returns or exchanges. If your mattress is found to be without its original law tags, unsanitary, stained, damaged, or contaminated with insects, it cannot be exchanged or returned for a refund. Contaminated mattresses or foundations will not be accepted.
Return Process:

Arrange Shipping: It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange for the return shipping. We do not provide a shipping label or schedule a pickup. Please ensure that the mattress is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.

Return Address: Once an RMA is issued, you may ship the mattress to our shipping department at 157 Country Place Lane Van Alstyne, TX 75495.

Refund: Once we receive the mattress in the required condition, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10-14 business days.
