Made-to-order colors — the ones that show “Made to order for you” above — come with matching pillowcases instead of shams, in the same sizes. Twin XL covers are 68" × 90"; Full/Queen covers are 90" × 90"; King/Cal King covers are 104" × 90". A duvet insert is not included.
