How does the adjustable fill work?
The pillow arrives as a 17″ × 58″ shell with separate bags of shredded memory foam. Add fill for a firmer, taller loft, or use less for a softer, flatter feel — then re-tune any time.
Which fill weight should I choose?
Soft (5 lbs) is the softest, lowest loft, Medium (7 lbs) is balanced, and Firm (9 lbs) is the tallest, most supportive. You can always add or remove fill to fine-tune.
Is the cover machine washable?
The cover is removable and machine washable on a gentle, cold cycle. Tumble dry low or air dry. Do not wash the foam fill.
What is the fill certified to?
The shredded memory foam is CertiPUR-US® certified — made without harmful chemicals and tested to meet emission standards.
