Can I adjust the fill?
Yes — unzip the cover and add or remove the shredded gel-infused memory foam to reach your preferred loft and firmness. A Pillow Refill is available separately if you want more support.
Which size should I get?
Queen (17.5″ × 27.5″) fits most beds and standard pillowcases; King (17.5″ × 31.5″) suits king beds or anyone who likes more room to move around.
Is the cover washable?
The cover is removable and machine washable on a gentle, cold cycle. Tumble dry low or air dry. Do not wash the foam fill.
Is the foam certified?
Yes — the shredded gel-infused memory foam is CertiPUR-US® certified, made without harmful chemicals and tested to meet emission standards.
Is it good for neck pain?
Many sleepers use the adjustable fill to dial in support for their neck and shoulders — add fill for more support, remove it for a softer rest.
How fast does it ship, and is shipping free?
Shipping is free on all U.S. orders within the continental US. Most orders ship in about 1 business day, then arrive in roughly 3–5 business days. Alaska, Hawaii, and international are calculated at checkout.
Stomach, back, or side sleeper — which loft do I pick?
Stomach sleepers go lowest and softest, so your neck isn’t propped up. Back sleepers land in the middle for a level neck-to-spine line. Side sleepers go fuller to fill the gap between ear and shoulder — pick Extra Plush if you like it fuller still. A King uses a bit more fill than a Queen for the same feel, which is why the two sizes’ weights differ even at the same position. Our King ships pre-filled at the Stomach Sleeper depth; every other pick ships as separate fill bags you pour in yourself, so you can always add or remove to fine-tune.
